Ann is the director of Global Community Partnerships at Rustic Pathways where she oversees community development and service initiatives in more than 15 countries. She also leads the organization’s sustainability efforts to ensure global operations effectively support community development and conservation. Prior to taking on this this role, she served as the manager of community service for Rustic Pathways in the Fiji Islands for six years, where she developed and managed service initiatives at the community level and supported establishment of a locally run tourism project in the remote highlands. She has a Masters in Urban Planning, specializing in International Development Planning, from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a B.A. in Anthropology from Bates College.
