Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager – International Development Innovation Network, MIT D-Lab
Laura is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at the International Development Innovation Network (IDIN), headquartered at MIT D-Lab. She oversees IDIN’s efforts to measure successes, learn from stumbles, and use data to constantly improve its work. She is fascinated by the diverse ways in which social organizations approach impact measurement, and she has led many workshops to help guide organizations toward stronger measurement systems. Previously, she consulted on financial inclusion programs around the world with EA Consultants, piloted a hands-on program design and evaluation course at Columbia University’s School for International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and taught literacy in the Dominican Republic with the DREAM Project. She graduated from SIPA with an MPA in Development Practice and she holds a BA in Latin American Studies from Middlebury College.
